Be sure to check spam or promotions folders as well
Step 2: Let Us Know
If you still haven’t heard back, contact our support team
We’ll reach out to the host directly and prompt a reply
Step 3: We’ll Step In If Needed
If the host remains unresponsive, we’ll work with you on alternative solutions
This may include reassignment, escalation, or refund evaluation depending on the timeline and urgency
