Missing Property Address or Check-In Instructions

Didn’t receive your check-in details? Here’s how to access them and what to do next.

If you haven’t received the check-in instructions or property address for your Vidle Housing stay, here’s what to do:

Step 1: Check Your Dashboard

  • Log into your Vidle Housing account

  • Go to My Trips and select your reservation

  • Check-in instructions and address are usually listed there

Step 2: Check Email (Spam/Promotions Too)

  • Sometimes confirmation emails with check-in info may be filtered by your email provider

  • Search “Vidle Housing” in your inbox just in case

Step 3: Contact Support

  • If it’s not in your dashboard or email, reach out to us

  • We’ll contact the host directly and get the check-in info sent over ASAP
