Step 1: Check the Booking Status
Before canceling, make sure the reservation is not yet confirmed.
If the booking is still pending and payment hasn’t been issued, you're eligible to cancel the inquiry yourself.
Step 2: Cancel the Booking Inquiry
You have two ways to cancel:
Option 1: From “My Trips”
Log into your Vidle Housing account
Go to “My Trips”
Select the booking inquiry you’d like to cancel
Click “Cancel Reservation”
Option 2: From Your Messages with the Host
Open the message thread with the host
Click “Cancel Reservation” directly from the conversation
