Check-in instructions are typically shared after your booking is confirmed and include the full property address, access codes, and any entry details you’ll need.
If you haven’t received them yet, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Your Inbox and Dashboard
Look for an email from Vidle Housing with the subject line:
“Your Check-In Details.”You can also log into your Vidle dashboard and go to My Trips to view your reservation details and any messages from your host.
Step 2: Check Spam or Promotions
Sometimes emails are filtered into spam or promotions folders.
Try searching your inbox for “Vidle Housing” or “Check-In Details.”
Step 3: Message Your Host
For the fastest response, you can message your host directly:
Log in to your Vidle Housing dashboard
Go to My Trips, Select your Reservation
Click “Message Host”
Your host can quickly confirm your check-in time, entry code, or arrival instructions.

If you still can’t locate your check-in details, reach out to our team — we’ll contact the host right away to ensure you get the correct information.
