Can’t Reach Your Host Before Check-In?

If your host isn’t replying before arrival, here’s what to do and how we’ll step in.

We know it’s stressful when you’re getting close to check-in and haven’t heard from your host. But don’t worry — Vidle Housing is here to help.

Here’s what to do:

📨 Step 1: Double-Check All Inboxes
Sometimes hosts reply through your Vidle inbox or their messages land in spam. Be sure to check your Vidle account and your email’s spam/promotions tab.

📞 Step 2: We’ll Step In
If you haven’t heard back, contact Vidle Support. We’ll immediately try to reach the host on your behalf and request a prompt response.

🛎 Step 3: Next Steps If We Still Don’t Hear Back
If the host remains unresponsive, we’ll help you explore other options — such as contacting alternative hosts, arranging backup accommodations, or initiating further review.
