How to Request a New Arrival Time

  • Contact Your Host Directly (Recommended for Fastest Response)
    Message your host through your Vidle Housing dashboard → My Trips → Select your Reservation → Message Host. They can confirm availability and any potential fees directly.

  • Contact Vidle Housing Support (If You Can’t Reach the Host or Need Assistance)
    Send us your new estimated arrival time, and we’ll reach out to your host on your behalf. Approval depends on the unit’s availability and cleaning schedule.


What to Expect

  • Early or adjusted check-in is not guaranteed

  • Some hosts may charge a fee for off-hour check-ins

  • We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back with confirmation
