Here’s how to complete your self-check-in — and what to do if you’re stuck.

If you're unsure how to access your unit after booking, don’t worry — we’re here to help you check in smoothly.

🔐 How Self-Check-In Works:
Most Vidle Housing properties use one of the following:

  • A smart lock (keypad or app)

  • A lockbox with a physical key

  • A secured entry code sent by the host

📩 Where to Find Instructions:
You can find your full check-in instructions:

  • In your booking confirmation email

  • In your Vidle Housing dashboard under “My Bookings”

⚠️ Still Stuck?
Let us know what’s unclear — for example:

  • Lockbox isn’t where expected

  • Entry code is missing or not working

  • Can’t locate the door/unit

We’ll reach out to the host immediately and walk you through the next steps.
