Booked the Wrong Location by Mistake?

Made a reservation in the wrong city or area? Here's what to do next.

If you accidentally booked a property in the wrong location, don’t worry — we understand how easy it is to make a mistake, especially when booking across multiple tabs or on a tight schedule.

📆 Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request

  • Log into your Vidle Housing account

  • Go to “My Bookings” and select the reservation

  • Click “Cancel Reservation” and follow the steps

Step 2: Review Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on the host’s cancellation policy and how close it is to your check-in date.
If the booking was made recently and check-in is far out, you may qualify for a full or partial refund.
