Made a reservation in the wrong city or area? Don’t worry — it happens! We know how easy it is to mix things up, especially when planning on a tight schedule or juggling multiple tabs. Here’s what to do next

Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request

  • Log into your Vidle Housing account

  • Go to “My Trips” and select the reservation

  • Click “Cancel Reservation” and follow the steps

Step 2: Review Refund Eligibility


Your refund amount will depend on:

  • Our cancellation policy

  • How close it is to your scheduled check-in date

If you booked recently and your check-in is still several days away, you may qualify for a full or partial refund.
