If you're having trouble getting into your Vidle Housing unit, don't worry — help is available 24/7.

Step 1: Review Your Check-In Instructions
Double-check your confirmation email or your Vidle dashboard under “My Trips.” Make sure you’re using the correct:

  • Door or lockbox code

  • Entry location (e.g. side door, garage, front gate)

  • Access instructions (some require multiple steps)

Step 2: Contact Your Host
The host is often the quickest to respond for real-time access issues. You’ll find their contact info in your booking confirmation.

Step 3: Reach Out to Vidle Housing Customer Support
If you still can’t access the unit:

Please tell us exactly what you’re experiencing (e.g. code not working, can’t find the lockbox, wrong address). We’ll assist you through each step to help you get inside. support@vidlesupport.com
