Please take clear, time-stamped photos of the issue (e.g., dirty bathroom, trash, unmade bed). This helps us document the condition and take action with your host.
📩 Step 2: Contact Support Immediately
Let us know as soon as possible so we can notify the host and request a cleaner right away.
🧼 Step 3: Resolution Options
We’ll do our best to have a cleaning team sent promptly. If that’s not possible, we may offer a partial refund or discuss alternative solutions based on the severity of the issue.
