Missing Linens or Towels?

If you arrived and found that some linens or towels are missing, we can help get that resolved quickly.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t find everything you expected — all Vidle units are required to be fully stocked with clean linens and towels before check-in.

Here’s what to do:

📝 Step 1: Let Us Know What’s Missing
Please tell us exactly what you need — e.g., bath towels, sheets, pillowcases, blankets.

🔎 Step 2: Check Closets or Laundry Areas
Many units have extra supplies stored in the closet, under the bed, or near the washer/dryer.

📞 Step 3: We’ll Contact the Host
We’ll notify the host or cleaning team to arrange a resupply or drop-off.

If it’s urgent or after-hours, we’ll escalate to ensure you’re taken care of promptly.
