Step 1: Check Accessible Areas
Look around the unit for stored linens — check closets, bathroom shelves, or labeled storage bins. Some hosts keep extras tucked away to save space. Please don’t open anything marked as owner use or off-limits.
Step 2: Reach Out to Your Host
If you still can’t find what you need, reach out to your host. They can confirm what’s included or let you know where additional linens are stored.
Step 3: We’ll Follow Up
If the issue isn’t resolved after reaching out to your host, let us know. Our team will contact the host on your behalf to make sure the missing items are supplied as quickly as possible.
