Let us know which appliance you're having trouble with (e.g., thermostat brand, TV type, washer model), and what you’re trying to do.
📖 Step 2: Check the Welcome Guide
Some instructions may already be included in your check-in email or printed in the unit. Look for a welcome folder, binder, or posted signage near the appliance.
📩 Step 3: We’ll Walk You Through It
If instructions aren’t available or aren’t helping, we’ll contact your host or send a quick how-to based on the appliance brand/model.
