Most Vidle units include kitchen basics — here's what to do if something’s missing.

Vidle Housing listings are expected to include essential kitchen supplies like cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic tools. If something appears to be missing, don’t worry — we’ll help get it sorted.

Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Double-Check the Space
Look through all accessible cabinets, drawers, and labeled bins — but please don’t open anything marked as owner use or off-limits. Some hosts store kitchen supplies in less obvious places to keep the space tidy.

Step 2: Reach Out to Your Host
If you still can’t find what you need, send a quick message to your host. They can often confirm where items are stored or clarify what’s included in your unit.

Step 3: Contact Us if It’s Still Missing
If the host confirms something’s missing or you don’t hear back, let us know exactly what’s unavailable (e.g., pots, pans, plates, coffee maker). We’ll coordinate with your host to restock or provide replacements as soon as possible.
