Please let us know what’s making you uncomfortable — whether it’s a safety concern, neighbor issue, noise, or something else. Some issues can be resolved quickly with host assistance.

🏡 Relocation Support
If the issue can’t be resolved, we’ll check availability for alternate units nearby. We’ll do our best to relocate you quickly, but please note:

  • All relocations are case-by-case

  • Host approval is required for new units

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the situation
