Avoid unpacking or placing items on soft furniture until the issue is reviewed.
Notify your host right away so they’re aware of the situation and can take immediate action.
What We’ll Do:
After you’ve notified your host, contact us to report the issue.
We’ll contact the host as well and escalate your report to our internal team.
Depending on confirmation and severity, we may arrange for a pest inspection, relocation, or issue a refund.
We’ll keep you updated on next steps and coordinate any moves or treatments needed.
