If your plans change and you need to check out early, we completely understand — but it’s important to note how early departures are handled on Vidle Housing.
🔒 Policy Overview:
Once a reservation has passed the check-in date, it is considered fully committed under Vidle Housing’s terms. This means:
Unused nights are non-refundable
Any remaining balance is still owed
⚠️ Exceptions:
If you're leaving early due to a serious issue with the unit, please report the issue as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of check-in — and include documentation (e.g., photos or videos). We’ll escalate your case and determine whether a refund or relocation may apply.
