If an essential appliance isn’t working, here’s what to do.

We’re sorry you're having issues with an appliance in your unit — your comfort is important to us.

🔧 What to do if something is broken:

  1. Let us know what’s not working and when you noticed the issue

  2. Send a photo or video if possible — it helps us communicate with the host or maintenance

  3. We’ll notify your host right away and request a repair or replacement

  4. We’ll follow up with updates and offer alternative solutions if needed
