If an essential appliance isn’t working, here’s what to do.

We’re sorry you're having issues with an appliance in your unit — your comfort is important to us.

What to Do if Something Is Broken:

  • Contact your host first to let them know what’s not working and when you noticed the issue. They may be able to resolve it quickly.

  • Let us know the details if the issue isn’t fixed, including a photo or video if possible — this helps us communicate clearly with the host.

  • We’ll notify your host right away and request a repair or replacement if needed.

  • We’ll follow up with updates and offer alternative solutions to ensure your stay remains comfortable.
