If you’ve lost your key or are unable to enter your unit, don’t worry — we’re here to help you regain access as quickly as possible.
Here’s what to do:
🔑 Step 1: Try the Original Method
Double-check any lockbox or keypad instructions that were originally provided at check-in. Look in your email, text, or Vidle dashboard under “My Bookings.”
📞 Step 2: Contact Vidle Support
Let us know right away that you’re locked out. We’ll contact your host to arrange access — whether that’s a backup code, spare key, or re-entry support.
📍 Step 3: Share Key Info
To help us assist you quickly, please tell us:
The full address and unit number
Whether you’re currently at the property
Which access method you used (key, lockbox, smart lock, etc.)
