Here’s what to do:

🚿 Step 1: Identify the Issue
Let us know what you're experiencing:

  • Which fixture is affected (sink, shower, toilet, etc.)

  • What’s happening (e.g., slow drain, leak, no hot water)

  • When it started

📸 Step 2: Send a Photo or Video (if possible)
Visuals help us communicate with your host or building more quickly and accurately.

🔧 Step 3: We’ll Coordinate Repairs
We’ll contact your host right away to arrange maintenance. If it's urgent or significantly impacting your stay, we’ll escalate for faster service.
