Here's what to do:
Step 1: Identify the Issue
Please let us know:
What specifically isn’t working (e.g., full unit, specific lights, outlets, or appliances)
Whether the issue is isolated to one area or affecting the whole unit
If you’ve already tried resetting any circuit breakers, power strips, or GFCI outlets
Step 2: Share Photos (if applicable)
If you notice flickering lights, sparking outlets, tripped breakers, or visible damage, please send clear photos or a short description. This helps us assess the issue faster.
Step 3: Notify the Host
Before any maintenance is arranged, please notify your host directly so they’re aware of the situation. They may be able to assist or provide quick troubleshooting steps.
Step 4: Coordinate and Escalate if Needed
Once the host has been informed and presents a solution, we may be kept in the loop until the issue is fully resolved.
If there’s no response from the host after you’ve attempted to contact them, we’ll escalate the matter to ensure timely follow-up.
If the issue is urgent or impacts comfort or safety, we’ll prioritize a faster resolution.
