📶 Step 1: Check Network & Password
Make sure the network name and password you’re using match what’s in your check-in instructions or posted in the unit.
🔌 Step 2: Restart Router (if accessible)
If you can safely access the modem or router, unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in. This often resolves temporary issues.
📱 Step 3: Describe the Problem
Let us know:
Is the network visible but not connecting?
Is the network not showing up at all?
Are other devices in the unit able to connect?
