If you’re having trouble accessing building amenities like the gym, pool, or mail room, we’re here to help. Sometimes access requires key fobs, codes, or prior registration — and building staff may enforce HOA policies that differ by property.

Step 1: Confirm the Details

  • What amenity are you trying to access?

  • Was access denied by a person or a locked entry point?

  • Did anyone explain why access was restricted?
