🚑 Step 1: Call Emergency Services Immediately
Dial 911 or your country’s local emergency number for immediate assistance. Do not wait for a response from the host or Vidle team in urgent medical situations.

📞 Step 2: Notify Us When You're Able
Once the situation is stable, you can let us know if you need help contacting your host, rescheduling a checkout, or adjusting your reservation due to the emergency.

💬 Step 3: We're Here for Support
While Vidle Housing is not an emergency service, our support team is available 24/7 to assist with follow-up needs related to your booking, property access, or temporary adjustments.
