Your host is responsible for maintaining the property. Message them directly through the Vidle Housing dashboard or contact info in your check-in instructions. They’ll arrange repairs or replacements as needed.
📨 Step 2: Can’t Reach Your Host?
If your host is unresponsive or the issue is urgent (e.g., broken appliance, leak, or lock issue), reach out to Vidle Support. We’ll step in to help coordinate a fix or alternative solution.

To speed up the process, include a description and photo/video of the problem when you report it.
