If you’re missing a package or mail delivery during your stay, here’s what to do:
📦 1. Check the Tracking Info
• Use the tracking number to confirm delivery status
• See if it was delivered to a locker, front desk, or neighbor
🏢 2. Ask Building Staff or Check Common Areas
• Check for package lockers, mailrooms, or building reception
• Ask neighbors in case the package was misdelivered
📮 3. Contact the Carrier
• If it shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon to file a claim or open an investigation
