Vidle Housing charges hosts a 12% fee on successful reservations. This fee is automatically deducted from your payout, so there's nothing additional you need to pay or manage separately.
For reservations lasting multiple months, the 12% host fee is deducted from each monthly payment throughout the reservation.
Example: How the 12% Host Fee Works
Let's say your monthly rent is $2,000:
Monthly rent: $2,000
Vidle Housing host fee (12%): $240
Your estimated payout: $1,760
For a multi-month reservation, the 12% fee would continue to be deducted from each monthly payment.

When Do Hosts Get Paid?
For the initial payment, host payouts are typically released 24 hours after the traveler successfully checks in. This brief security hold helps protect both hosts and travelers and allows time to identify immediate access, habitability, or fraud concerns.
