Once a reservation is confirmed, Vidle Housing automatically sends the guest a confirmation email. 48 hours prior to check-in the guest will receive check-in instructions. This message includes:
Check-in and check-out times
Property address
Wi-Fi network and password (if provided)
Access details (e.g., smart lock code, lockbox instructions)

To ensure a smooth arrival:
Log into your Host Dashboard
Navigate to your listing
Go to Access Info
Enter accurate and complete check-in instructions
You can also message guests directly through the platform to share last-minute updates, parking directions, or special notes.
