How Guests Receive Check-In Instructions

Here’s how guests receive their check-in details after confirming a reservation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, Vidle Housing automatically sends the guest a confirmation email. 48 hours prior to check-in the guest will receive check-in instructions. This message includes:

  • Check-in and check-out times

  • Property address

  • Wi-Fi network and password (if provided)

  • Access details (e.g., smart lock code, lockbox instructions)

✅ What Hosts Should Do:

To ensure a smooth arrival:

  1. Log into your Host Dashboard

  2. Navigate to your listing

  3. Go to Access Info

  4. Enter accurate and complete check-in instructions

You can also message guests directly through the platform to share last-minute updates, parking directions, or special notes.
