How to Request a Review Removal

Learn when and how Vidle Housing may remove a guest review from your listing.

We understand that guest reviews impact your reputation as a host. At Vidle Housing, we aim to keep our review system fair and transparent.

Reviews may be removed if they:

  • Contain hate speech, threats, or harassment

  • Include discriminatory or offensive language

  • Make false claims that can be factually disproven

  • Violate our content guidelines

To request a review removal, please contact Vidle Support with:

  • A copy or screenshot of the review

  • Any evidence that supports your concern (e.g., guest messages, photos, check-in records)
