You will only see your vehicle on the map if you have completed the following steps.
Activate the geo features for the vehicle in Vimcar Fleet.
Install your Vimcar device (dongle or Vimcar box) in the vehicle.
Make at least one trip with the vehicle.
If you have completed these steps and you still don’t see the vehicle, try the following.
Make sure that the Vimcar device is properly connected and the LEDs are on.
Check whether the driver has deactivated tracking.
If the vehicle is in an area with a bad GPS signal (such as a very remote area or a garage), contact Customer Support for more information.
