If you're on a Zoom business account, you will need permission from your Zoom Admin to integrate your Zoom account with Virtually.

Step 1: Find Out Who Your Zoom Admin Is

Unsure who your Zoom Admin is? You can find the Account Admin for your Zoom account by signing into your Zoom Account and selecting "Account Profile."

The "Account Owner" line will have the email address of your organization's Zoom Account Admin.

Step 2: Invite the admin to your Virtually account

Head to Settings and invite the Zoom admin to your Virtually account. Full instructions here.

Step 3: Ask your Zoom Admin to Integrate Virtually with Zoom

Once you've determined your Zoom admin and invited them to Virtually, send them an email requesting that they integrate with Zoom. You can use this link to send a 1-click forwardable email or leverage the following template:

Send TO: YOUR ZOOM ADMIN

Subject: Zoom Integration with Virtually

Hi there,

I'm trying to integrate Zoom with my Virtually account (to automate the hairy logistics of running live online events). Since you're the admin of our Zoom business account, you're the only one that can complete the integration.

Would you be open to helping me with this step? Here's how to do it:

  1. You've received an invite email to join our Virtually account as an Admin

  2. Click on the invite to log in to Virtually

  3. Head to Settings and complete the Zoom integration (Full instructions here)

Once the integration is complete, just ping me and I'll remove you from our Virtually account.

Thanks,

[NAME]

(Optional) Step 4: Remove the Zoom Admin from your Virtually account.

Once the integration is complete, you're welcome to remove the Zoom admin from your Virtually account (unless of course they'll be scheduling events and you'd like them to stay!).

Follow the instructions in this article to remove your Zoom Admin from your Virtually account.
