Here at Virtually, we're working to strengthen our integrations with Circle, since we know that's a top-choice tool for many cohort-based courses and learning communities.

If your'e a Circle user, it's now easier than ever to import your Circle members right into Virtually.

Check out this quick video tutorial to see how:

Or read our step by step instructions here:

1. Make sure you've integrated your Virtually account with Circle. You can learn how to do so here.

2. Head to the Members tab. Click the drop-down next to the 'Import Members' button and choose 'Via Circle.'

3. From there, a drawer will appear that's pulled all of your Circle user information right into Virtually.

4. Select the members you'd like to import, along with any tags you'd like to use to segment them.

5. Check the box at the bottom if you'd like Retroactive Invites enabled. You can learn more about Retroactive Invites here.

6. Click 'Import Members'. From there, Virtually will take a moment to import your selected members. Those members will then appear in your member database.

Once your members are in Virtually, you can easily start creating events! And if you're integrated with Circle, Virtually can also send events directly to your Circle Space of choice. Learn more about that feature here.
