What is the maximum supported file size for Draft creation?
The maximum file size is 100MB.
Is it possible to upload files exceeding 100MB to create a Draft?
This file size limit is for a single document. There is not an upper limit for combined file size of uploaded documents.
Does the order of the documents affect how the draft is structured?
It does not affect how the draft is structured. However, the order of the documents will be reflected in inline citations and the index. - the first document becomes Exhibit 1, for example.
Can I restore a deleted Draft?
No, deleted drafts can’t be restored at this time.
If I accidentally deleted a template, is there a way to restore it?
No, deleted templates can’t be restored at this time.
I created my own template. Can I delete a section from it, or do I need to create a new template?
No, template sections cannot be deleted individually. To make changes, you’ll need to delete the template and create a new one.
Do I have to create a Project every time I need to create a new template?
No. You can access the template editor from within the project menu for ANY project. You can create any type of template from this editor.
I accidentally uploaded the wrong documents to my project. Can I delete just the documents, or do I need to delete the entire project and start over?
Yes, you can create documents by clicking on Review Document List and Order.
Can I view the documents I uploaded after they’ve been uploaded to the project?
Yes, you can review the uploaded documents by clicking Review Document List and Order.
If I create multiple drafts for the same project, will each draft generate a different output?
The result will closely resemble the original, though it may not be exactly the same.
Note: Creating a new Draft in the same project will overwrite the original in most cases. The outputs could also vary depending on additional docs being added, different templates being chosen, different evidentiary categories being selected.
Can I edit the project name after it has been created?
Currently, editing the project name isn't supported, but it's planned for a future update.
When creating a draft, can I upload files from my computer and also my personal library?
Documents can be uploaded from both your computer and your personal library. Please note that these uploads must be done separately.
