How to Create a Consent Purpose Statement

1. Go to the Consent Settings section of the Mobile Scan Builder

• Click the “New” button to start creating a new statement.

2. Add the Details

• A new record will open.

• Enter your statement in the Purpose text box.

• Make sure to check the Active box to enable it.

3. Save the Statement

• Click “Save” to finalize the new consent purpose statement.

You’ll see a success message at the top of the Mobile Scan Builder confirming that the statement has been created.

4. Confirm Your Changes

• After saving, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the Mobile Scan Builder to confirm all your updates.

Once you save, a success message will appear, reminding you to refresh the Scan app’s settings so the changes take effect.

5. Check in the Scan App

• The new consent purpose statement will now show up in the Signature enhancement section of the Scan app.
