Campaign Enhancement

The Campaign enhancement allows users to process a scan as a Salesforce Lead or Contact and add it to an active campaign all from the Scan app. The Campaign enhancement can be found on the Save to Salesforce screen (when sending scans to the Scanning Queue in Salesforce) and the Destination screen (Processing scans as Leads or Contacts from your device).

Enabling the Campaign Enhancement in Salesforce

By default, the Campaign enhancement isn’t enabled in the Scan app. Here’s how to turn it on using the Mobile Scan Builder:

1. Open the Mobile Scan Builder

• Search for “Mobile Scan Builder” in the App Launcher and open it.

2. Go to the Options Tab

• Once in the Mobile Scan Builder, select the Options tab.

• Scroll down to the Destination Page section.

3. Turn On the Campaign Enhancement

• In the Destination Page section, find the option “Hide Save to SF Campaign” and toggle it off.

• Click “Save” to apply your changes.

4. Confirm and Refresh

• After saving, you’ll see a confirmation message.

• To start using the Campaign enhancement in the Scan app, refresh the app’s settings or restart the app.
