Enabling OneDrive Integration
To enable OneDrive or modify the default folder, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to the VMC web dashboard
2️⃣ Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and go to Settings
3️⃣ Navigate to the Integrations tab
4️⃣ Scroll down to OneDrive and click Enable
5️⃣ A pop-up window will appear—sign in to your OneDrive account
6️⃣ After signing in, click Accept to authorize the connection
7️⃣ Follow your company’s policy on staying signed in
Configure Storage Defaults
After enabling OneDrive:
Click Configure under the OneDrive section
Set the folder/path where you’d like to save signed inductions
Default Location:
Documents\checkin
If no folder is specified, inductions will be saved to this location
If the
checkin
folder doesn’t exist, VMC will create it automatically
Folder Name Syntax Rules
Folder names must be alphanumeric (no spaces or special characters)
To specify subfolders, use the backslash
\
as a dividerExample:
Reception\Inductions
Avoid using unsupported characters or symbols
