Overview

The VMC Documents Module allows you to request, collect, and manage documents from Employees (Users), Contractors and Inductees

What Can You Do with VMC Documents?

1️⃣ Create document types (e.g., ID, permits, certificates)
2️⃣ Send document requests to users, contractors, and inductees
3️⃣ Review submitted documents
4️⃣ Approve or reject documents
5️⃣ Send reminders for pending or expiring documents
6️⃣ Validate documents at iPad Kiosks
7️⃣ Create Induction Forms (each location must have an induction form before contractors can assign employees)

✔️ IDs & Passports
✔️ Work Permits & Police Checks
✔️ Certificates & Training Records
✔️ Vaccination Proof & Compliance Forms

Documents Module Features

1️⃣ Overview Screen

  • View all requested documents

  • Modify document status and expiry

  • Delete documents if needed

2️⃣ Document Settings

  • Create new required or optional documents

  • Modify and manage existing documents

  • Assign documents to Users, Contractor Companies, or Inductees

3️⃣ Induction Forms

  • Design custom induction forms for each location

  • Ensure contractors complete induction before being assigned
