3️⃣ Update the VMC App – Always use the latest version of the VMC iPad app for optimal functionality.

4️⃣ Turn Off Auto Updates – Disable automatic updates for iOS and apps. This allows you to manually approve updates, ensuring compatibility and performing a quick health check on your device.

5️⃣ Disable Night Mode & Sleep Settings – Prevent the iPad from going to sleep, which can interrupt kiosk functionality.

6️⃣ Keep the iPad Plugged In – Ensure the iPad remains connected to power whenever possible.

Check WiFi Connection

Stable WiFi is essential for the VMC app to function properly. Check the following:

✅ Can you load a website in Safari?
✅ Can you see other devices on the network?

If WiFi issues persist, try restarting your router or reconnecting the iPad to the network.

Steps to Fix a Slow or Unresponsive App

If performance issues continue, follow these steps:
