Before a Contractor employee/worker/inductee can sign in, their account must be created. The contractor module was designed so that contractor companies can add their workers to the system and assign them to your company. Once the induction and document requirements have been fulfilled, they can sign in using their QR code. Otherwise, you can manually sign them in as needed.
Your Admin can send them their QR code or sign them in:
1️⃣ Log into the VMC web dashboard, go to the Manage Contractors section, and select a Contractor Company
2️⃣ Under the Inductees tab, select workers, send them their QR codes or check them in
The Contractor company can send their workers their QR code:
They log into the VMC web dashboard, go to the People section, select their employees, and print their ID or send them their QR code.
