Create new document type

Steps to Create a New Document

1️⃣ Log in to the VMC dashboard
2️⃣ Click on the Documents tab
3️⃣ Go to Document Settings
4️⃣ Click the + New Document button

Available Document Types:

1️⃣ User Document

  • Assigned to Users (employees, staff, etc.)

  • Can be marked required for specific groups

2️⃣ Company Document

  • Assigned to Contractor Companies

  • Can be marked as optional or required

3️⃣ Inductee Document

  • Assigned to Inductees (Contractor Company Employees)

  • Can be marked as optional or required
