Create a New Survey

The steps for creating a new survey

  1. Click Add New

  2. Enter Survey name

  3. Add a completion message and a flagged message

  4. Enter any users or roles to be notified when a survey is completed or flagged

  5. Enter which roles should be asked the survey

  6. Select when to require a new survey

  7. Select when the Survey should be displayed:

  8. Click Add Section, to begin building the survey

  9. Enter the Section title and any questions

  10. Select a Question Type and configure response options as needed:

  11. Add sections as needed

  12. Click Save when done
