The Survey Settings enable you to create and manage surveys within your system, offering a tailored approach to collecting information from users during check-in or check-out processes. This article guides you through the essential features and functionalities of the Survey Settings.
Survey Reminder Text
Customize the text sent to users through automations for incomplete surveys. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Survey Reminder Text section in the Survey Settings.
Input your desired reminder text in the provided field.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Adding COVID-19 Screening Survey
Looking to add COVID-19 screening to your surveys? It's a breeze. Follow these steps:
Visit the Survey Settings.
In the "Looking for COVID-19 Screening?" section, click the "Add COVID-19 Survey" button.
Your Surveys
Manage your surveys effortlessly using the following steps:
Click "Add New" to create a new survey.
Delete a survey using the trash bin icon next to each entry.
Edit a survey by clicking on its name.
View survey results by clicking the number in the "Results" column.
Survey Table Display
The table displays key information about each survey:
Name: The name of the survey.
Results: Number of responses.
Check In/Out: Indicates if the survey is used during check-in or check-out.
Created: Date and time of creation.
Actions: Perform actions such as editing or deleting a survey.
Survey Builder
The Survey Builder allows you to create and customize surveys for various purposes. When you press the "Add New" button, you are presented with a user-friendly interface to define survey details. Here's a brief explanation of the key components:
Survey Name:
Input field: Enter the name for your survey.
Completion Text:
Input field: Define the message displayed when a user completes the survey.
Flagged Text:
Input field: Specify the message shown when a user submits a flagged response.
Limit to Roles:
Dropdown with selectable roles: Choose specific roles for survey access. Leave blank for all roles.
Require New Survey:
Dropdown: Set the frequency for requiring users to take the survey.
Display Options:
Checkboxes:
Show on Check-In/Check-Out: Control survey visibility during check-in and check-out processes.
Public: Enable users to take the survey via a shareable link.
Self Submission: Allow survey completion through the Visitu Mobile app.
Allow Children: Permit users under 18 to self-submit.
Notification Settings:
Notify On Completion: Select roles to receive notifications upon survey completion.
Notify On Flag: Choose roles for notifications on flagged responses.
Hide results in emails: Checkbox to hide survey results in emails.
Action Buttons:
Show Results: View survey results.
Save: Save the survey settings.
