How to Add Visitors to the Visitu Safe List

To add a visitor to the Safe List, you must approve them upon sign in. This will keep them from being flagged upon a future Check In.

When a possible sex offender signs in (in this example, we're using John Pine, DOB 11/10/1977) and is flagged for verification, the Visitor will be notified to see the front desk and a prompt will appear on the Dashboard.
Click on View Details (This step may be skipped if you are already positive that the Visitor is not an offender.
Click Approve
Approving entry should print out a badge for the Visitor and add them to the Safe List.

TIP: The Safe List is located under the Databases navigation dropdown.
