Understanding the Safe List

Updated over a week ago

Safe List Overview

The Safe List feature is designed to manage a list of individuals who have been approved and are considered safe for campus entry. This list aids in streamlining security processes and ensures that approved individuals face minimal scrutiny upon arrival.

Safe List Details

The Safe List is presented in a table format, displaying the following key information:

  • Name: The name of the individual on the Safe List.

  • Triggered By: The person or system event that initiated the approval process.

  • Approved By: The administrator or system entity responsible for approving the individual.

  • Approved At: The timestamp indicating when the approval was granted.

Status Overview

If the Safe List is empty, a notification states "No Results Found." This means that currently, no individuals are approved and listed in the Safe List.
