To pre-register a visitor or setup an expected visitor you can do the following from the Visitu Dashboard.

Goto the user profile page as displayed below

Next click or tap on the bottom left link of "Pre-Register Visit"

A pop up will appear - add the host and expected visit time

Under Dashboards, there is an Expected Visitors tab. You can check in a person from the dashboard on arrival or they can goto the Visitu Kiosk and when they enter the name they will be prompted to follow check-in procedures and print a badge if applicable.

Receptionist Mode on the Visitu Kiosk has additional tabs such as an Expected Visitors tab available in the Ipad. This mode is designed for location personnel lead, not visitor lead interactions.
