On the Left Hand Bar, go to “Occupational Health” and then click “Service Requests”
Click on the Recruit’s name and click “Lab Test Voucher”. A new screen will pop up to print the test order.
After clicking the circled button above the order form will be downloaded.
You can now print the pdf that was downloaded or email it to the employee
