Vitable Health primarily focuses on preventive and primary care medical benefits. However, there may be instances where members require care beyond our scope of services. Our team frequently assists members with obtaining imaging and finding resources for common specialties such as gynecology, gastroenterology, dental, and vision care.
We recommend scheduling an appointment with a Vitable Health provider to discuss any health concerns or potential referrals you may need. They will gather more information to help coordinate your care. From there, a care team member will provide guidance, care coordination details, and resources.
Vitable Primary Care Plan Core or Enhanced
Members with this plan do not have coverage for specialists or services outside of Vitable Health. If you prefer not to schedule an appointment and do not have insurance, Vitable Health provides a curated collection of resources, including locations that offer lower cash-pay rates, financial assistance programs, and sliding-scale discounts based on income.

Vitable Health MEC Basic Plan
The MEC Basic Plan includes coverage for certain specialists outside of Vitable Health, along with preventive services such as well-woman visits, screening mammograms, screening colonoscopies, and annual physical exams. Vitable Health MEC Plus Plan
Members with the MEC Plus Plan have coverage for preventive healthcare services and certain additional visit types, which can be accessed through in-network providers.
Primary Care & Pediatric Sick Visits: $15 copay per visit, up to $200 per visit. Limited to 5 visits per year.
Specialist Visits: $25 copay per visit, up to $200 per visit. Limited to 2 visits per year.
X-Rays: $50 copay per visit, up to $200 per visit. Limited to 3 visits per year.
Urgent Care Visits: $25 copay per visit, up to $200 per visit. Limited to 2 visits per year.
Members with any Vitable Health Plan and Additional Insurance Coverage
If you have enrolled in any Vitable Health plan and have insurance, you can also use Zocdoc to search for specialists who accept your coverage.
Please note that some specialists require specific insurance information or formal referral forms. Additionally, certain Vitable Health plans may cover specialist services. Finding the right specialist can be challenging, but we are here to help!
