When adding a new card to your Afterpay account, the new card is not automatically linked. We’ve provided some steps below to assist with updating your payment method correctly:
Login to your Afterpay account via the Afterpay website and access the “Recurring Payments” tab on the Home screen (see image below)
From here, you can click “View Order” next to the appropriate recurring payment to access order details.
On the right hand side of the screen there will be a small info box with details on the payment method used for new charges on that billing agreement (see image 2 below)
Click the “Change” button to update to the new credit or debit card.
Confirm that you wish to update the preferred payment method. All done!
