Vively does not connect directly to Huawei devices, but we should be able to pull your steps into Vively if your Huawei Health app can share data with Apple Health. This is because Vively pulls in health data from the Apple Health app, so any health data that are showing in Apple Health should sync to Vively.

When you first download the Huawei Health app from the Apple App Store, you'll see this prompt to connect Huawei Health to HealthKit:

You'll just need to tap Let's go > Turn All Categories On > Allow. Your Huawei Health app should now be connected to Apple Health!

If you didn't connect to Apple Health upon the initial sign up process in the Huawei Health app, you can still connect the Huawei Health app in the Apple Health app. Open the Health app > tap today's step count > scroll to the bottom and tap Data Sources & Access > make sure the Huawei Health app listed under "Apps Allowed to Read Data" is toggled On or green.

Make sure to have your Apple Health connected to your Vively account.

Please allow up to a few hours for all of this data to sync into the Vively app.
