Organisation and Company Admins can build any number of idea capture forms with custom fields to support different business needs by accessing the form builder located under Admin section > Company Settings>Opportunities.

To add a new form, select “Add New” and in the pop-up window, assign the template a name, and click on “Go to Form builder”.

Building the form: Choose from a variety of fields which can be easily dragged and dropped directly into the form from the left side menu, ranging from header text, paragraph, multiple and single choice, dates, file attachments, T&C, etc.

In addition, the form can be split into separate sections depending on how you want your idea request to be shaped.

Customisation: By linking a form to a Project Template, it will automatically follow the linked template once the idea is converted into a project or select another project template if you so wish. You can configure your own stages depending on your review process and set up and colour-coded statuses for active ideas, and reasons for discarded ideas.

If you are happy with the result, click on Publish or, if you need to work on it at another time, retain your progress by clicking “Save as a Draft”.

Once published, the opportunity form can be used to capture the ideas that could lead to the next big innovation by your relationship stakeholders and be turned into a full-fledged project once it goes through the full approval process.
