Capture every opportunity to innovate!

Customer and suppliers are always seeking new ways to innovate. Be it with a small start-up or a large strategic partner, new ideas are the lifeblood of any organisation, but ideas easily get lost in the clutter.
It's one thing to work on and deliver projects an organisation is already committed to, but this leaves an opportunity gap around new ideas and innovation the organisation could be working on.

Vizibl Opportunities allow users to capture the big ideas that could lead to the next big innovation.
We allow any idea to be captured already in its inception stage by a relationship stakeholder. When a promising opportunity is identified it can be converted into a fully-fledged project with the click of a button.

To get started navigate to the Opportunities tab located under the Innovation hub section. To create a new Opportunity simply click on the Add Opportunity button. Fill in an eye-catching name for your Opportunity, specify which relationship it is aimed at, and hit Create:

The next step is to fill out the form template configured by a company admin. It's a good idea to write a concise title and a clear description to give your Opportunity the best chance of being realized.

Where appropriate clearly state your goals and the end result you envision if your organisation chooses to invest in your Opportunity. When you are happy with your description you can publish it to make it visible to anyone with relationship access.

You don't have to publish right away, you can always save a copy of your draft for later:

Once the Opportunity is submitted, you can add collaborators to help shape the submission. They can edit the opportunity, participate in discussions, add and manage files, but any changes will have to be published by the creator. To add a collaborator or more, navigate to the Team section of the opportunity, click on Add collaborators and use the search function to locate the users you would like to add.

When your Opportunity is published the next step is to help it progress through the defined stages until the final step when it's ready to be turned into a project!

Any Opportunity that is turned into a project will be linked both ways so you can always find the origin of the project easily:
